Fully-Staged Production with Narnia Festival Orchestra 

DATES: July 14 - July 27

LOCATION: Narnia Festival, Umbria, Italy

VENUE:
​TUITION: $5,000, which includes
  • Daily Italian and Diction Classes
  • Voice Lessons and Vocal Coaching Sessions
  • Masterclasses with International Opera Artists
  • Entrance Tickets for all festival concerts
  • Participation for Narnia International Vocal Competition (Opera and Musical Theater Divisions)
  • Participation in the Opera Gala Concert
  • Accommodations in Narni (double occupancy rooms)
  • Daily Breakfast and 3-Course Dinner
  • Transportation between Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and Narni Festival​​

NOTES ON TUITION:
  • The fees do NOT include airfare.
  • A Single Room might be available for an additional $600.
  • Hostel options might be available depending on the timing of the request. If granted, the tuition will be reduced to $4,500.
  • Merit Scholarship might be available

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS 
  1. Narnia Application.
  2. Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
  3. Participants to the Narnia International Opera Academy must be 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the program.
  4. Artistic CV
  5. Audition Format: Live Audition or Recorded Audition (see below)

Live Audition Requirements:
  • Two contrasting arias (one of which must be in Italian)*
  • Accompanist will be provided
  • Date: January 18, 2025

*Note: If you are only auditioning to be a member of the opera chorus, you can just sing one aria, art song or musical theater number of your choice.

Recorded Audition Requirements for Main Opera Roles:
  • Two contrasting arias (one of which must be in Italian)*
  • Live accompanist required
  • Videos must be positioned so that the jury can see the singer clearly.
  • Follow instructions to include link to recording in online application
*Note: If you are only auditioning to be a member of the opera chorus, you can just sing one opera aria of your choice.
