Housed in Connecticut College, New England Chamber Orchestra has a mission to discover rarely performed chamber orchestral works and introduce them in their historical context. Each concert is dedicated to a specific theme that is relevant to what is happening in the world today. Musicians in the New England Chamber Orchestra also pride themselves on their passion for educating the next generation. Every player participates in workshops and residencies in colleges in the New England area, particularly with the students at Connecticut College.
